Hey Bella Queens! We’re all about making sure you’re head-over-heels in love with your LaBellaTru’ finds. But, in case something doesn’t work out, here’s the lowdown on our policy:
Store Credit Only
Not feeling the love for your recent purchase? No worries! You’ve got 7 days from the delivery date to send it back and snag a store credit. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or direct exchanges. Store credit will be issued once your return is approved, and you can use it on any in-stock items. Simply enter your store credit code in the discount box at checkout — it’s that easy!
A Few Guidelines

Condition is Key: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Keep It Fresh: Returns with signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other stains will be refused.

Inspect & Act Quickly: Check your order as soon as it’s marked “delivered”. Any issues (damage, defects, or wrong items) must be reported immediately to support@labellatru.com.

Once we receive and approve your return, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
What’s Non-Returnable?
These are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Haven’t Received Your Store Credit?
If it’s been more than 10 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t seen your credit, give us a shout at support@labellatru.com.
